Yes, the Clarins Chemistry Ultra White lotion lightens the skin gently and naturally. The presence of natural skin brightener plants extracts like Kojic acid, mulberry root extract, Alpha arbutin, bearberry extract, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin A makes it that effective in lightening the skin. I noticed a vivid change in my complexion two weeks ago when using this lotion.
Though, the company states that you will notice the result within four weeks. For some skin types, it might take more than those weeks. For others, it might not be up to that. The key is to give it time to work on your skin.
Does Clarins Chemistry Ultra White Lotion Bleach the Skin?
No. The ingredients are completely safe as it’s all-natural. Moreover, what this lotion does to your skin is boost your skin appearance and lighten up your skin tone if you’re suffering from hyperpigmentation.
Ultra White Cream Side Effects
There are no side effects associated with this cream. It does not give dark knuckles, green veins, or stretch marks. The ingredients present in it are all safe for the skin.
The only side effect you might experience with this cream is the possibility of your skin being sensitive to the sun. Vitamin A, C, and Kojic acid in it are capable of causing this. However, the cream also has SPF 20, which helps to protect your skin when in the sun.
However, I advise you to wear more sunscreen for maximum protection because the SPF 20 is not enough.
What I Don’t Like About This Lotion
Even though I mentioned that this lotion has no harsh side effects, there is still one thing I don’t like about it: it changes color.
When you purchase it, it comes in a faint white color. However, as you use it, it changes color to light brown.
The reason why it changes color is because of exposure to air and hot temperature. Since the cream was too thick to come out of the pump, I usually opened it to take it out. This contributed to the color changes. You should know that this color change does not mean the cream has gone bad or is less effective. It’s very much effective as it was when you first purchased it. So, no fears.

Can You Use Ultra White on the Face?
The company advertised as being suitable for the face. According to them, it can help heal and prevent pimples because of the vitamin A (retinol) present in it.
However, based on my experience, it was okay for three days when I used it on my face. But on the fourth day, I noticed some rashes on my cheeks, which was skin irritation. This could probably be the continued use of retinol, especially when I am not used to it. Moreover, I have sensitive skin on my face.
But on recommendation, I will advise you to use face cream for your face and don’t risk it by using body cream. Nevertheless, if you still intend to use it on your face, it’s okay, but please monitor it for any possible skin reaction. If you notice any, please discount using it on the face immediately.

It contains Vitamins A and E, Vitamin D3 Oils (Skin Brightener), Calendula, Lavender, Rosemary, and Chamomile oils Fractionated Shea Butter.
Ultra-Oil is so smooth and fine on the skin that it deeply penetrates it. It easily absorbs into the skin without leaving any greasy feeling. It can also make your skin younger-looking, smoother, softer, more radiant, even-toned, and attractive skin.
It also helps clear dark knuckles and patches on the knees and elbows. Consistent use can help clear stretch marks and body scars because of the vitamin A (retinol) in it.
Should You Use the Ultra White Oil on Your Face?
It may be good for those with dry skin on the face but might not be better for those with oil acne-prone skin. Even though the shea butter in it is fractioned (smaller unit), it’s still not best for your face because shea butter is thick.
However, the vitamin E present in the oil assists the skin in mending and repairing damaged tissues. At the same time, Vitamin A is a potent antioxidant that helps the skin fight bacteria that cause acne and pimples.
How to Use Ultra White Oil
For the body:
First, rub your Ultra white body lotion on your skin. After it has been absorbed into the skin, follow up by rubbing the ultra white oil on the skin.
Another method is to put a small amount of body lotion on your palm and one or two drops of the ultra white oil on it, mix it, and rub it on your skin.
DO NOT mix the bottle of oil with your bottle of lotion. It won’t turn out well. Also, use this oil at night only.
Also, if you are targeting your knuckles, elbows, or knees, you can focus by rubbing this oil on those areas.
For the face:
The oil should be used as the last part of your face routine. Put one or two drops on your palm and pat it on your skin after rubbing your moisturizer.
